铁谱分析技术广泛应用于航天航空、数控机床、大型精密仪器设备磨损监测。而在煤矿设备的应用和推广,目前却极为有限,特别是井下综采设备。因为井下综采设备受到粉尘及高温、高湿的影响,工作环境恶劣,对铁谱分析人员分析时提出更高的要求。通过多年来对采煤机分析积累的图谱进行筛选比较,对采煤机依据铁谱分析技术的评判标准加以分析,以不同于地面设备的分析视角来建立采煤机的磨粒图谱。
Iron spectrum analysis technology is widely used in aerospace, CNC machine tools, large-scale precision instruments and equipment wear monitoring. However, the application and promotion of coal mine equipment are very limited at present, especially for underground fully mechanized mining equipment. Because the underground fully mechanized mining equipment is affected by the dust, the high temperature and the high humidity, the working environment is harsh, the higher requirements are put forward when analyzing the iron spectrum analysts. Through the comparison and comparison of the maps accumulated in the analysis of the shearers over the years, the coal mining machine is analyzed based on the evaluation criteria of the iron spectrum analysis technology, and the abrasive map of the shearers is established from the perspective of analysis different from the ground equipment.
