我师从1962年起,重视了对团队外科技术力量的培养工作,两年来取得了一些成绩,现将我们的具体做法,介绍如下:一、在部队工作允许的情况下,征得团队领导的同意,有计划地分批抽调军医和手术室卫生员来师医疗所外科,由外科军医以师傅带徒弟的方式参加实际工作。两年来我们共进行了四批,培养了外科军医8名、卫生员10名。每期的时间,军医为2-3个月,卫生员为1-2个月。结业时,军医一般能诊
