基于掺MgO周期极化铌酸锂晶体的光学参量振荡器是一种全固态中红外可调谐相干光源。泵浦源为1064nm声光调QNd:YAG激光器。通过温度调谐实现了中红外可调谐参量光的输出,当晶体的温度从40℃升高到200℃时,获得信号光的输出范围为1.561μm~1.670μm,空闲光的调谐范围为3.342μm~2.932μm。当泵浦源脉宽为70ns,重复频率为10kHz,平均功率为.161W,获得波长为1631μm。当泵浦源脉宽为70ns,重复频率为10kHz,平均功率为1.61W,获得波长为1631nm信号光的输出功率为211mW。
Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on MgO-Doped Periodic Polarization Lithium Niobate Crystal is an all solid-state mid-infrared tunable coherent light source. The pump source is a 1064 nm acousto-optic QNd: YAG laser. The output of mid-infrared tunable parameter light is achieved by temperature tuning. When the temperature of crystal increases from 40 ℃ to 200 ℃, the output range of signal light is 1.561μm ~ 1.670μm, the idle tuning range is 3.342μm ~ 2.932 μm. When the pump source pulse width is 70ns, the repetition frequency is 10kHz, the average power is .161W and the wavelength is 1631μm. When the pump source pulse width is 70ns, the repetition frequency is 10kHz and the average power is 1.61W, the output power of the signal light with the wavelength of 1631nm is 211mW.
