粉背轮环藤[Cyclea hypoglauca(Schauer)Diels]为防已科轮环藤属植物,产于长江以南各地,系民间常用中草药。1965年,我们发现该药的总生物碱有类箭毒作用,1976～1977年以其总碱碘甲盐进行药理试验,证明有明显的松弛横纹肌作用,且属于非去极化型。经广东、上海等地临床验证近400例,取得良好肌松效果。该植物的化学研究工作,曾从根及根茎中分得四种生物碱结晶,经鉴定分别为左旋箭毒
Cyprinium hypoglauca (Schauer) Diels is a plant of the genus Echinaceae, which is produced in various parts of the south of the Yangtze River. It is a popular Chinese herbal medicine. In 1965, we found that the drug’s total alkaloids had the effect of archaea. From 1976 to 1977, we carried out pharmacological tests with the total alkali iodized formazan, which proved that there was a significant relaxation of striated muscle and it was non-depolarized. Nearly 400 cases have been clinically verified in Guangdong and Shanghai, and good muscle relaxation has been achieved. The chemical research work of the plant had obtained four kinds of alkaloid crystals from roots and rhizomes.
