木蓝为豆科植物木蓝属Indigofera tinctoria L.的根茎。我们根据民间验方并通过药理实验,发现木蓝根茎的乙醇提取液具有抗癌作用,经临床试用于消化道肿瘤患者有一定疗效。因此,我们利用~3H-TdR掺入法研究了木蓝醇提取物对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞DNA合成的影响。实验结果表明:木蓝低剂量组(10mg/ml)对~3H-TdR掺入的抑制为43.1%,P<0.05;高剂量组(20mg/ml)抑制率为58.3%,P<0.01。两种浓度的木蓝,均在0.5小时抑制~3H-TdR掺入艾氏腹水癌细胞DNA合成作用最强。去除药物后,10mg组在4小时内~3H-TdR相对掺入百分率在
Magnolia is a rhizome of the Leguminosae Indigofera tinctoria L. Based on the folk prescription and pharmacological experiments, we found that the ethanol extract of Radix et Rhizoma has anti-cancer effects and has been clinically tested for patients with digestive tract cancer. Therefore, we investigated the effect of phytocoropalalan extract on DNA synthesis of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells by ~3H-TdR incorporation. The experimental results showed that the inhibition of ~3H-TdR incorporation in the low dose group (10mg/ml) was 43.1%, P<0.05; the inhibition rate in the high dose group (20mg/ml) was 58.3%, P<0.01. Both concentrations of wood blue inhibited the incorporation of ~3H-TdR into Ehrlich ascites cancer cells with the strongest DNA synthesis at 0.5 hour. After the drug was removed, the relative incorporation rate of ~3H-TdR in the 10 mg group was within 4 hours.
