现在社会所需要的德智体美劳“五位一体”的建设人才,应更富有创造性、开拓性。我国大力倡导并全面提高学生的综合素质,其目的就是为了改进与创新我国现存的教育体制,使教育教学的主体——学生更具备适应从事社会实践活动的能力,从而为社会创造更丰富多彩的精神财富与物质财富。为此,广大教育工作者都必须树立创新意识,把工作重心要转向培养学生的创新思维和能力上来。
