肝炎患者血清铁升高早被人们认识。一般认为肝炎患者血清铁多在200μg/d1左右,最高值约为485和571μg/d1。本文报告5例血清铁为507～1600μg/d1,平均最高值757.4μg/d1,同时伴全身皮肤呈古铜色
