我住的这栋楼是1988年施工落成的。它的设计思想是小而全的思路,如图1所示。 这种布局使得采光很差,一进门是一条“黑胡同”,小餐厅里很暗,使人有压抑之感。大一些的起居室在里面,来客总要“登堂入室”,与主、次居室相互影响,私密性较差。厨房内空间狭小,放置操作台后两人活动都不方便。厕所内浴盆占据了一半面积,使得原本已经很小的空间变得更加拥挤。由于厕所面积小,浴盆也只能选用较小规格。实际浴盆的盆口尺寸:长930mm,宽530mm,身材略高或略胖的人坐在里面都很困难,也不舒适。在浴盆内洗淋浴,总要迈进迈出,特别不适合老人与儿童。因此,我希望在不影响主体结构的基础上做如下修改。
The building I lived in was completed in 1988. Its design idea is a small and complete idea, as shown in Figure 1. This kind of layout makes the lighting very poor. One door is a “black alley” and the small dining room is very dark, which makes people feel depressed. Larger living rooms are located inside, and visitors always have to “embark in and enter the room”. They interact with the main and sub-interior rooms and have poor privacy. The space in the kitchen is small and it is inconvenient for both people to place the console. The bathtub inside the toilet occupies half of the area, making the already small space more crowded. Due to the small size of the toilet, the bathtub can only be used in smaller sizes. The size of the actual basin is 930mm long and 530mm wide. It is difficult and uncomfortable for a person with a slightly tall or slightly fat body to sit inside. Showering in the bathtub always takes a step forward, especially for the elderly and children. Therefore, I hope to make the following changes without affecting the main structure.
