了解儿童是教育好儿童的前提。记得我在1953年担任一个三年级班的班主任的时候,开学前我就通过报名、检查作业、家庭访问等工作,全部记住了班上孩子的名字、熟悉了他们的面孔。开学的第一天,我就能叫得出他们每个人的名字来。这样就使孩子们意识到这个老师真正关心他们,熟悉他们。这种良好的印象,就给以后进行教育创造了一个非常有利的条件。1955年我担任一年级班主任的时候也是这样。开学前,我就全面地进行过三次家庭访问,把班上每个孩子的家庭经济情况、父母教育情况、兄弟姐妹、周围环境以及孩子在家中的地位等都弄得清清楚楚。开学后,我就根据各个不同情况向各个
Knowing children is a prerequisite for educating children. I remember when I was in charge of a third grade class in 1953, I had passed the registration, check homework, home visits and other work before the start of the school, all remember the names of the children in the class, familiar with their faces.
