一九八六年,南京工学院设立青年科学研究基金并评审出首批资助项目。学院对收到的九十六份申请项目作了认真细致的评选。重点支持有重要应用前景的研究工作,或通过资助开展工作后有可能获得国家自然科学基金的项目,以及在阐明自然现象、特征和规律方面有一定创见的理论研究项目。从实际财力考虑,该院规定基金资助的经费主要用于与资助项目直接有关的研究实验支出,不包括国际合作交流和仪器设备更新、扩充的费用。要求资助项目在两年内可望取得预期成果,不具备完成研究所必需的仪器设备和试验手段的项目不在资助之列。
In 1986, Nanjing Institute of Technology set up a youth science research fund and reviewed the first grant projects. The college made a careful selection of the 96 applications it received. Emphasis is placed on supporting research projects that have important application prospects or on projects that are likely to receive NSFC funding after the start of work and on theoretical projects that shed some light on natural phenomena, characteristics and laws. Considering the actual financial resources, the hospital provides that the funding of the fund shall mainly be used for research and experimental expenditures directly related to the funded projects, excluding the costs of international cooperation and exchange and the updating and expansion of equipment and equipment. Projects that require funding projects are expected to achieve the desired results in two years and that do not have the equipment and testing tools necessary to complete the research are not eligible for funding.
