我国现行宪法施行已经八年了。八年来,我国宪法实施取得了光辉的成就,立法机关制定了一大批法律,使宪法规范具体化,成为人们的直接行为规范。据统计,自1979年以来,除现行宪法以外,全国人大及其常委会制定的法律共94件,修订、补充法律的规定和有关法律问题的规定73件。我国以宪法为基础的社会主义法律体系已经初步形成。但是,由于我国的宪法监督不完善,又确实存在着为数不少的违宪事项,严重影响着宪法的实施。为此,笔者谈一下有关我国宪法监督的问题。要建立完善的宪法监督制度,首先要确立违宪的定义。关于违宪的定义,我国目前主要存在两种观点:一种观点认为,违宪有广义和狭义之分,广义的违宪是指国
Our country’s current constitution has been in operation for eight years. In the past eight years, the implementation of our country’s constitution has achieved brilliant achievements.
