1994~1995年采用盆栽方法,研究了土壤水分对香料烟发育及某些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随土壤水分含量下降,香料烟生长受阻,烟株变矮,叶数减少,叶片变小;中部叶叶绿素减少,光合速率下降,上部叶则呈相反趋势;叶片扩散阻力增加,蒸腾速率下降;过氧化氢酶活性减弱,膜质过氧化水平提高;调制后烟叶的总糖含量下降,含氮化合物增加。土壤绝对含水量为5%~7%时,蛋白质和烟碱含量过高,对品质不利,土壤含水量8%~12%时,烟叶中化学成份比例较为适宜。
The effects of soil moisture on the development and some physiological and biochemical characteristics of oriental tobacco were studied by potted method from 1994 to 1995. The results showed that with the decrease of soil water content, the growth of oriental tobacco was blocked, the tobacco plants became shorter, the number of leaves decreased and the number of leaves decreased. The content of chlorophyll decreased, the photosynthetic rate decreased while the upper leaves showed the opposite trend. The leaf diffusion resistance, transpiration rate Decreased; catalase activity decreased, membranous lipid peroxidation increased; the total sugar content of tobacco leaves decreased, nitrogen compounds increased. When the soil absolute water content is 5% -7%, the content of protein and nicotine is too high, the quality is unfavorable, and when the soil moisture content is 8% ~ 12%, the proportion of chemical components in tobacco leaf is more suitable.
