甲法: 一、先制联苯胺试纸: 制法:1.将联苯胺配成7％的酒精溶液(用纯或95％的酒精都可)取100毫升。 2.再加可溶性淀粉10—12克混合成糊样液,取大滤纸一张均匀涂於一面,置室温待乾后(避免直接阳光照射),剪成大小适合(约一平方厘米)的方块,保存於有色瓶或纸盒中待用。二、将买来之食醋以脱脂棉花过滤,装存於有色瓶中待用。(食醋大约可用一月之久,如保藏得好或於100毫升中加酒精5毫升则可存入很久)。
