实验研究了异丙托溴铵 (商品名 :溴化异丙托品 )对慢性缺氧大鼠气管平滑肌细胞大电导钙激活钾通道(ＢＫＣａ)的作用。用 60只大鼠随机建立慢性大鼠缺氧模型组和正常组。急性分离单个大鼠气管平滑肌细胞 ,以膜片钳技术的内面向外式记录单通道电流。结果显示 :采用内面向外式记录
The effect of ipratropium bromide (ipratropium bromide) on the large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel (BKCa) in tracheal smooth muscle cells of rats with chronic hypoxia was studied experimentally. A total of 60 rats were randomly divided into chronic hypoxia model group and normal group. Single acute tracheal smooth muscle cells were isolated and the single-channel currents were recorded outwards using the patch-clamp technique. The results show that: the use of inward-outward record
