针对多部件系统固定维修时间长的特点,提出采用机会维修策略,将预防性维修和故障维修有机结合起来,从而分摊系统的固定维修时间,实现提高系统可用度的目的。为此,分析了系统的故障率特性,以及最小维修下的随机故障时间的产生特点。在此基础上,以各部件机会维修役龄为变量,最大化可用度为目标,给出了系统可用度仿真优化方法。最后通过算例,验证了该仿真算法的正确性。
Aiming at the long time of fixed maintenance in multi-component system, this paper proposes the opportunity maintenance strategy to combine preventive maintenance and fault maintenance so as to share the fixed maintenance time and improve the system availability. To this end, the system failure rate characteristics, as well as the minimum maintenance of random failure time characteristics. On the basis of this, aiming at the opportunity of each component to repair service life as a variable and maximize the availability, a simulation optimization method of system availability is given. Finally, an example is given to verify the correctness of the simulation algorithm.
