我厂主要产品S195柴油机中的调节螺钉(图1),系连接调速连杆和调速弹簧的小件(M6×40),受拉压的反复应力。在机体振动时,又引起弹簧和φ2.3内孔表面的摩擦,内孔变大,调节误差即增大,导致失效,有的甚至从此处断裂。这种零件用35钢制造,要求φ2.3孔处硬度HRC40~50,并发蓝。我们原来采用GP-100C_2型高频加热淬火,每约10支为一扎地进行感应加热,结果加热不均,操作时稍不小心就被烧伤。众所周知,钢件气体软氮化表层有高的疲劳强度、耐磨性和抗蚀性,软氮化后经机油冷却,可使表面质量与发蓝几乎一样。
The main screwdriver (Figure 1) in S195 diesel engine of our factory is a small piece (M6 × 40) connected with a speed control rod and a governor spring, subject to the repeated stress of tension and compression.
