为贯彻落实中央《干部教育培训工作条例》、水利人才发展战略,加强全国水文系统领导干部培训,提高其理论、业务素质和管理能力,开阔视野,相互学习,水利部水文局于2007年12月18日至23日在南昌工程学院举办了第四期全国水文局领导干部理论培训班,参加本期培训班的学员来自全国2个流域机构、30个省(直辖市、自治区)的地市水文部门以及南京水利水文自动化研究所的有关领导,共计70人。

The trainees from this year’s training courses come from the municipal hydrological departments of two basin agencies and 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) As well as Nanjing Hydraulic and Hydrological Automation Institute of the leadership, a total of 70 people.
