校长与教师要想建立和谐的关系,必须交流与沟通。但是,以什么样的方式进行交流和沟通又是一个颇值得沉思的问题。除了生活上关心、心灵上的交流之外,业务上的指导和互助,也是很重要的一个方面。事实上,一个学者型的校长更容易得到教师的信赖和佩服。山东省菏泽市牡丹区第二小学校长陈平写给数学教师的十条建议,就是校长与教师进行业务交流的一个很好的典范。我们也从中得到了一些启示,特此开辟《交流平台》专栏,希望校长和教师能在此碰撞出智慧的火花。
