本文从磨削颤振理论出发,探讨了内圆磨削时有关磨削用量和磨削时间的各个工艺参数对工件表面振纹的影响。通过在M2120型内圆磨床上进行的初步磨削试验,对试件表面振纹的频率及波幅进行了综合分析;并对照根据实时记录下的振动信号所作出的傅里叶频谱,得出以下结论:1.振纹波幅随磨削时间的加长而增大,频率则随之下降;2.降低工件线速度有利于改善振纹;3.工作台纵向进给速度及砂轮修整走刀量对振纹没有影响;4.适当的光磨时间对改善表面振纹有利。此外,还就磨削振纹的评定提出了看法和建议。
Based on the theory of chatter flutter, this paper discusses the effects of various process parameters on the surface chatter of the workpiece during the grinding process and the grinding time. The frequency and amplitude of vibration on the surface of the specimen were analyzed by the preliminary grinding test on the M2120 type internal grinding machine. The comparison with the Fourier spectrum based on the vibration signal recorded in real time showed that the following Conclusions: 1. The vibration amplitude increases with the increase of grinding time, and the frequency decreases. 2.Improving the linear speed of the workpiece is helpful to improve the vibration resistance. 3. The longitudinal feed speed of the worktable and the dressing amount of grinding wheel No effect of vibration pattern; 4. The proper grinding time is helpful to improve the surface vibration. In addition, the evaluation of grinding vibration also put forward opinions and suggestions.
