党的十六届四中全会上提出了“构建社会主义和谐社会”的崭新概念,并且把构建社会主义和谐社会与党的执政能力建设联系在一起。因此,必须加强党的建设,努力构建社会主义和谐社会。
At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the party proposed a brand-new concept of “building a socialist harmonious society” and linked the building of a harmonious socialist society with the building of the party’s governing capability. Therefore, we must strengthen party building and strive to build a socialist harmonious society.
