在今年的全国两会上,没有比“和谐社会”更能引起关注的话题了。作为科学发展观的延伸和深化,民主法治、公平正义、充满活力等内涵已成为代表委员的共识。在这样的大氛围中,如何构建和谐稳定的社会主义新型劳动关系,自然而然地进入代表委员们关注的视野。众所周知,劳动关系是最基本的社会关系,因此,建立和谐稳定的社会主义新型劳动关系,无疑是构建和谐社会的题中应有之义。事实上,随着市场经济的深入发展和经济全球化趋势的势不可挡,和谐稳定的劳动关系对于企业乃至社会健康发展的重要性进一步凸显。
At this year’s two sessions of the country, there is no more topic of concern than the “harmonious society.” As the extension and deepening of the scientific concept of development, the conception of democracy and the rule of law, fairness, justice and vitality has become the consensus of representatives. In such a big atmosphere, how to build a harmonious and stable new socialist labor relations and naturally enter the field of vision that members are concerned about. As we all know, labor relations are the most basic social relations. Therefore, establishing a harmonious and stable new socialist labor relations is undoubtedly the proper meaning of building a harmonious society. In fact, with the deepening of the market economy and the overwhelming trend of economic globalization, the harmonious and stable labor relations have become even more prominent for the healthy development of enterprises and even society.
