科学发展观是全面建设小康社会和实现现代化的指导方针,也是新时期推进工会事业和提高工会干部综合能力的指导方针。根据工会的新任务、新要求和工作实际我们必须不断加强工会干部的能力建设,只有努力建设一支能适应新形势发展,与时俱进,自觉贯彻党的路线方针政策,积极推进工会工作法制化建设,热爱工运事业,密切联系广大教职工的工会干部队伍,才能使工会组织更具有吸引力和凝聚力。
