公共领域是处在公共权力领域和私人领域的中间地带,主要是对涉及公众普遍利益的事务向公共权力机关提出批判,形成公众舆论。本文旨在通过分析哈氏公共领域的涵义,进而结合我国国情寻求完善我国网络公共领域的可能性。
The public sphere is in the middle of public power and private sphere. It mainly criticizes the public authority for matters involving the general interests of the public and forms public opinions. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Haste public domain meaning, and then with the national conditions of our country seeking to improve the network of public domain possibilities.
