一、监管机构应采取的对策(一)扩大财务公司资金来源渠道。资金来源对财务公司的发展至关重要。为了促进我国财务公司的快速发展,监管机构应尽快出台财务公司发行债券的实施办法;允许财务公司从商业银行贷款;建立特许资金来源通道;逐步实现股权融资。
First, the regulators should take countermeasures (A) to expand the financial sources of funding sources. The source of funding is crucial to the development of a finance company. In order to promote the rapid development of China’s financial companies, regulators should issue financial companies as soon as possible the implementation of bonds; allow financial companies to borrow from commercial banks; establish franchised sources of funding channels; and gradually realize equity financing.
