将动态规划法原理同平面热应力问题相结合,用于空间任意曲面近似展成平面.计算机辅助设计在空间曲面的设计中是不可缺少的,尤其是在空间曲面转换为平面的制作过程中.动态规划法是基于有限元法的基本思想,把空间任意曲面划分成有限个相邻的条块(本文称之为条元),条元的宽窄一般由料的幅宽和曲面的曲率决定;通过平面试形状,依次耦联计算出每条元的展开形状,便可得到整个曲面的展开图.最后给出两个算例.
Combining the dynamic programming method principle with the plane thermal stress problem, it is used to approximate the surface of an arbitrary surface. Computer-aided design is indispensable in the design of space surfaces, especially in the process of converting space surfaces into planes. The dynamic programming method is based on the basic idea of the finite element method. The arbitrary surface space is divided into a finite number of adjacent blocks (this article is called a stripe element). The width and width of a strip element is generally determined by the width of the material and the curvature of the surface. With the plane test shape, the unfolded shape of each element is calculated by coupling in turn, and an expanded view of the entire surface can be obtained. Finally, two examples are given.
