以杂交稻龙两优072、深优9576为材料,在自然母体和离体节插2种再生条件下,比较研究了不同节位再生腋芽的内源激素含量变化。结果表明:母体条件下,不同节位腋芽中IAA和GA含量均随节位的降低呈增加趋势,低位腋芽IAA和GA含量高于高位腋芽,而CTK含量在头季稻收割后2~7 d表现为低位腋芽低于高位腋芽,在头季稻收割后12~22 d则表现为低位腋芽高于高位腋芽。离体扦插条件下,不同节位腋芽中的CTK含量变化趋势与母体条件下基本一致,但IAA含量变化趋势与母体条件下相反(表现为低位腋芽低于高位腋芽),而不同节位腋芽中的GA含量变化趋势在离体扦插后7~12 d与母体条件下相同(表现为低位腋芽高于高位腋芽),但在离体扦插后17~22 d却与母体条件下相反(表现为低位腋芽低于高位腋芽)。
The hybrid rice, Longliangyou 072 and Shenyou 9576, were used to study the changes of endogenous hormones in axillary buds regenerated from two different regeneration stages. The results showed that the contents of IAA and GA in axillary buds increased with the decreasing of node size under the maternal conditions, while the contents of IAA and GA in lower axillary buds were higher than those in high axillary buds. However, the content of CTK in the first crop was between 2 and 7 days after harvest The performance of low axillary buds below the high axillary buds, 12 to 22 d after harvest in the first crop of rice showed low axillary buds higher than the high axillary buds.
