应用分子吸附再循环系统(MARS)对27例重型肝炎患者进行治疗,并用终末期肝病评分模型(MELD)评估病情严重程度,对患者MARS治疗后3个月的临床转归进行研究。一、资料与方法1.研究对象:为2002年3月至2004年3月在新疆医科大学附属第一医院肝病中心住院治疗的27例重型肝炎患者。男21 例,女6例。年龄28~74岁,平均(45.5±13.9)岁。其中3 例亚急性重型肝炎,24例慢性重型肝炎,诊断均符合2000年修订
Twenty-seven patients with severe hepatitis were treated with the molecular adsorption and recycling system (MARS). The severity of the disease was assessed by the end-stage liver disease score model (MELD). The clinical outcome of 3 months after MARS treatment was studied. First, the data and methods 1 research object: for the March 2002 to March 2004 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Center liver disease hospitalized 27 cases of severe hepatitis patients. There were 21 males and 6 females. Aged 28 to 74 years old, with an average (45.5 ± 13.9) years. 3 cases of subacute severe hepatitis, 24 cases of chronic severe hepatitis, the diagnosis is in line with the 2000 revision
