目的:首创了一种可以同时取供体的双肾作供肾的大鼠肾移植模型。方法:以近交系Brown鄄Norway大鼠和近交系Lewis大鼠作为供、受体,取供体的双肾作为供肾,借助静脉支架管,行供体的静脉与受体肾静脉的端端吻合,肾动脉与腹主动脉行端侧吻合。结果:手术均于60min内完成。所有的受体均存活超过7天,围手术期死亡数为0。结论:首创双侧供肾大鼠肾移植模型是一种节省、可靠、实用的大鼠肾移植模型。
OBJECTIVE: To initiate a rat kidney transplant model that can simultaneously donate donor kidneys for kidneys. METHODS: The inbred Brown Norway rats and inbred Lewis rats were used as donors and recipients. The donor kidneys were served as the donor kidney. The donor veins and the recipient renal veins End anastomosis, renal artery and abdominal aorta end anastomosis. Results: The operation was completed within 60min. All recipients survived more than 7 days and perioperative deaths were 0. CONCLUSION: The first kidney transplant model of bilateral donor kidney is a cost-effective, reliable and practical rat kidney transplantation model.
