目的本次研究主要是为了探析健康教育路径在处于剖宫产产妇围术期护理当中的临床价值。方法以本院2015年6月~2016年7月所接受的76例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,将这68例研究对象平均分为研究组、对照组两组,每组人数各34例。其中对照组以常规的护理方式进行护理,研究组则是以常规护理为基础,并对产妇进行健康教育,最后观察两组患者在护理期间的护理效果,并将相关数据记录下来。结果根据本次研究最终提供的数据显示,在护理之后,研究组对比对照组在护理效果以及患者对护理的满意度方面,差异具有明显的统计意义,即P<0.05。结论根据本次研究结果表明,单纯的剖宫产产妇在围术期的常规护理的护理效果并没有健康教育的护理效果显著,将健康教育应用在剖宫产产妇的围术期护理当中,能够有效减少患者术后并发症的发生,缩短痊愈时间。因此,健康教育是具有一定价值的,值得推广使用。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical value of health education pathways in perinatal nursing during cesarean section. Methods A total of 76 cases of cesarean section women accepted from June 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was treated by the regular nursing method. The research group was based on routine nursing care and the maternal health education. Finally, the nursing effect of the two groups during the nursing period was observed and the related data were recorded. Results Based on the data provided in this study, the differences between the study group and the control group in terms of the nursing effect and patient satisfaction with care were statistically significant after nursing (P <0.05). Conclusion According to the results of this study, the nursing effect of simple cesarean section during routine perioperative nursing without health education is significant. Applying health education to perioperative nursing of cesarean section women Effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the recovery time. Therefore, health education is of some value and is worth promoting.
