中央导峒施工法在英德硫铁矿开始试用于-50米中段的马头门掘进。我矿传统的马头门掘进方法是随着井筒掘进依次掘进马头门的拱形部分与其下部。这种施工方法的主要缺陷是顶板暴露过早,受多次震动,容易产生冒落。樟坑矿区+10米中段马头门就因此而中止掘进,后虽采取锚喷支护等加以处理,但已延误工期,造成了人力物力的浪费。采用中央导峒法在-50米中段马头门施工成
