我院于1992年4月至1993年5月用1%三氮唑核苷滴鼻治疗小儿病毒性上感50例,与对照组50例比较疗效差异显著,现报告如下。一、病例选择年龄6个月～3岁,病程3天以内,均有发热、咽部充血,大部分伴咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、打喷嚏、扁桃体肿大。白细胞总数在1.2×10~9/L 以下,分类淋巴细胞>40%者为观察对象。将上述对象随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例。二、方法
