为对接“中国制造2025”国家战略,适应我国经济发展和企业机器人代替人工的需求,铸造更多大国工匠,为制造业强国打造坚实基础,中国急需培养大量高技能人才。但由于人们对职业教育存在偏见,我国职业教育发展的历史短、起点低,现在我国职业教育存在诸多问题,总体表现在体制不顺、思想障碍、经费不足、办学能力差诸方面。
In order to meet the national strategy of “Made in China 2025 ”, adapt to China’s economic development and replace artificial needs of enterprise robots, mold more artisans in great powers and create a solid foundation for the manufacturing powerhouse. China is in urgent need of cultivating a large number of highly skilled personnel. However, due to the prejudice of vocational education, the history of vocational education in our country is short and the starting point is low. Nowadays, there are many problems in vocational education in our country. The overall performance is not smooth, ideological obstacles, insufficient funds and poor ability to run schools.
