劳动者预告解除合同制度赋予了劳动者合法权利,但我国相关法律制度不完善,带来了法律适用上的困难, 为了更好的协调劳资关系,有必要从劳动者、违约责任等方面对其进行研究。
Workers notice that the termination of the contract system has given workers the legal right, but the imperfect legal system in our country has brought about difficulties in the application of law.
