建立了3550重型矿用自卸汽车整车实体模型,通过分析整车模型的约束拓扑结构,建立了整车的数字样机。仿真结果表明,在C级随机路面上,30km/h行驶时,其平顺性满足ISO2631标准中1/3倍频带分别评价方法的要求。
The whole solid model of 3550 heavy duty dump truck was established. By analyzing the constraint topology of the complete vehicle model, a digital prototype of the whole vehicle was established. The simulation results show that on the C-level random road surface, the ride comfort of 30km / h meets the requirements of the evaluation methods in the 1/3 octave band in the ISO2631 standard.
