结合滨州职业学院多年来教学督导工作的实践与成效,充分发挥教学督导的作用,力求提高职业院校教学督导效能的途径与措施。首先通过构建科学的督导体系和畅通的教学督导信息优化督导模式;其次通过优化教学督导队伍、改善督导方式、完善督导评价标准、建立教学督导信息资料库等措施来充分发挥教学督导的作用。
Combining the practice and effectiveness of teaching supervision in Binzhou Vocational College over the years, giving full play to the role of teaching supervision and seeking ways to improve the efficiency of teaching supervision in vocational colleges. Firstly, we optimize the supervision mode through constructing the scientific supervision system and the unobstructed instructional supervision information. Secondly, we can give full play to the teaching supervision by optimizing the teaching supervision team, improving the supervision mode, improving the supervision evaluation standard and establishing the teaching supervision information database.
