2009年12月18日上午9点,由陕西省收藏家协会、《收藏》杂志社、西安美术馆共同主办的“齐建秋点评中国书画市场”报告会在大唐不夜城西安美术馆报告厅举行。陕西省收藏家协会会长、《收藏》杂志总编兼社长杨才玉、执行总编杨敏、主编李毅民,陕西省收藏家协会副会长兼秘书长姜西海,陕西省收藏家协会副会长、西安美术学院教授陈国勇等出席报告会。
