“中医精神病医院模式的研究”日前在京通过省级成果鉴定,吕炳奎、董建华、涂通今、关幼波、陈学诗等20多位专家学者出席鉴定会。专家们一致认为:“此项研究源于实践,为行之有效的经验的积累,疗效可观,适合我国国情,有广阔的推广前景,居国内领先水平。”这项成果是石家庄中医精神病院院长李浩教授继“以调整脏腑功能为主治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床研究”之后的又一科研成果。李浩的“中医精神病医院模式”主要由医院建筑模式,中医为主综合治疗、系统康复的模式,医护一体化的病房管理模式,规范学院化的行为护理模式等几个方面构成。在医院建筑模式中,包括单元病区庭院式、康复病房家庭式、病区结构花园式等内容。病区建筑根据病人心理需求和精神疾病的特点,以适用与美学相结合的原则,采取园林化、庭院式建筑。中医为主的综合治疗、系统康复模式中,中医为主的综合治疗是指从诊断到治疗都严格遵循中医理论,应用中医的从抽象到具体的思维方
“The study of the psychiatric hospital model of traditional Chinese medicine” recently passed the provincial-level results appraisal in Beijing. More than 20 experts and scholars including Lu Bingkui, Tung Chee Hwa, Tu Tongjin, Guan Youbo and Chen Xueshi attended the appraisal meeting. Experts agreed that: “This study is based on practice. It has accumulated effective experience, has a good therapeutic effect, and is suitable for China’s national conditions. It has broad prospects for promotion and it ranks at the leading domestic level.” This achievement is a Shijiazhuang traditional Chinese mental illness. The dean of the hospital, Professor Li Hao, continued his scientific research after “clinical research on adjusting visceral function to treat chronic schizophrenia”. Li Hao’s “Chinese Psychiatric Hospital Model” is mainly composed of hospital building models, Chinese medicine-based comprehensive treatment, system rehabilitation, medical-integrated ward management, and standardized college behavioral nursing. In the hospital building model, the unit ward courtyard type, rehabilitation ward family style, ward structure garden style and so on. The ward building adopts the principles of combination of application and aesthetics according to the patient’s psychological needs and the characteristics of mental illness, and takes gardening and courtyard buildings. In traditional Chinese medicine-based comprehensive treatment and system rehabilitation mode, comprehensive treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine refers to strictly following the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from diagnosis to treatment, and applying the abstract to specific thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
