This paper proposes the concept of storage energy supply coefficient of air-conditioning refrigeration system: the ζ(0), △ζ, and ζpj derived from this are the criteria for judging the state of the system’s energy supply and the scale and evaluation system for measuring the system’s storage and supply capacity. The indicators of energy conversion and economic utilization can be used to illustrate the different characteristics of the separated peaks and cold storage, the full-scale storage of cold and conventional air-conditioning, and the reason why the cold storage air conditioner is more energy efficient than conventional air conditioners.
