针对信息资源积累总量少、利用率偏低、科技文献老化等目前高职院校图书馆信息资源建设存在的主要问题。加强信息资源建设的主要思路与策略是加大投入,加强采访力度,合理收集电子文献,专家学者参与图书馆信息资源采访决策,根据需要确定信息采访的重点,合理选择信息资源的类型等。
