中职院校德育工作是班主任工作的重点内容,事关学生长远发展不容忽视。本文从分析当前中职院校班主任德育工作面临的新特点入手,分别指出了当前德育工作中存在的问题和提高工作质量的意见建议。
Moral education in secondary vocational schools is the key content of the class teacher’s work, which concerns the long-term development of students can not be ignored. This article starts with the analysis of the new features of moral education in current vocational school teachers and points out the existing problems in current moral education and suggestions on improving the quality of work.
