在人生路上有一条横亘在平庸与成功之间的界河,能否跨越这条界河取决于个人的自我管理能力。在公司组织中,娴熟的工作技巧仅能得60分;如果是加强沟通、谈判、合作等技巧的话,则可达到80分;而要达到100分的标准,关键就在于是否具备严格的自我管理能力.事实上,自我管理已不仅是高级主管的专利了。管理大师彼得杜拉克在《21世纪的管理挑战》一书中写道:“有伟大成就的人,向来善于自我管理。然而,这些人毕竟凤毛麟角。但在今天,即使资质平庸的人,也必须学习自我管理。”
