新世纪以来,我国饭店业取得了较快的发展,同时也吸纳了大量劳动力就业。然而,近年来新生代员工频繁跳槽成为饭店管理中的棘手难题。新生代员工自身多样化的需求,使得他们不再满足于单纯的物质激励,而对非物质层面的激励措施表现出了明显的偏好。通过问卷调查的形式,选取饭店新生代员工为调查对象,探讨其对饭店非物质激励的期望及满意状况,最后得出饭店非物质激励机制的优化建议。
Since the new century, China’s hotel industry has achieved rapid development, but also absorbed a large number of labor force employment. However, the frequent turnover of new generation employees in recent years has become a thorny problem in hotel management. The diverse needs of the new generation of employees make them no longer satisfied with mere material incentives and show obvious preference for non-material incentives. Through the questionnaire survey, select the new generation employees of the hotel as the survey object, discuss their expectation and satisfaction with the non-material incentive of the hotel, and finally come to the optimization suggestion of the non-material incentive mechanism of the hotel.
