俗话说“三分教学,七分管理”。我校是两所小学新整合的团队,生源上没有优势,教师缺少新理念。为进一步规范教学行为,学校校长、领导班子和骨干教师先后赴河南永威和辽宁盘锦等地考察学习,通过借鉴学习结合我校实际构建了“以学定教,分层训练”六步课堂教学新模式,这样不但凸显了学生主体地位,而且激活了教师课改热情,学生学得有劲,教师教得轻松。
As the saying goes “one-third teaching, seven management ”. Our school is a newly integrated team of two primary schools. There are no advantages for students and teachers lack new ideas. In order to further standardize the teaching behavior, the school principals, leading bodies and key teachers successively went to visit Yongwei in Henan Province and Panjin in Liaoning Province to inspect and study. Through learning from the actual conditions of our school, we constructed a “Six Steps to Learn, Layered Training” The new model of classroom teaching not only highlights the dominant position of students, but also activates the enthusiasm of teachers in curriculum reform, students learn hard, and teachers teach easily.
