我省胶合板工业的发展起步较晚,由于技术水平较低,加之原料又以云南松(松脂多,节子多)为主,因此胶合板产品质量不太理想。从最近为配合生产许可证的发放所组织的全省胶合板质量抽查结果看来,某些质量指标比前些年还有所下降。抽查结果为,基本上没有一等品,而二、三等品的误检率全省平均达59%,随机抽样的产品合格率平均仅为50.7%。这距国家要求和产品生产许可证的发放条件还有相当大的差距。必须采取有效的工艺技术措施和质量管理措施进一步提高产品质量。据这次抽查结果统计,影响胶合板质量的主要因素有孔洞(占21%),迭离芯(占19%),补片不严(占11%),拼缝不严(占8%)。为克服和减少这些缺陷,进一步提高胶合板产品质量,现结合我省具体生产现状和生产中存在的问题,提出几点工艺改进措施,供生产厂家参考。
Plywood industry in our province started a late development, due to the low level of technology, combined with the raw materials and Yunnan pine (pine resin, more knots more), so plywood product quality is not ideal. Judging from the recent plywood quality sampling results compiled in conjunction with the issuance of production licenses, some of the quality indicators have declined from previous years. The sampling results showed that there were basically no first-class products, while the second and third-class products had a false positive rate of 59% in the whole province, while the average passing rate of randomly sampled products was only 50.7%. This is far from the requirements of the state and the licensing conditions for production of products there is still a considerable gap. Must take effective technology measures and quality management measures to further improve product quality. According to the sampling results, the main factors affecting the quality of plywood are holes (21%), Diego core (19%), lax patchwork (11%) and lax patchwork (8%). In order to overcome and reduce these defects and further improve the quality of plywood products, we are going to put forward some technological improvement measures in light of the specific production status and problems in production in our province for manufacturers’ reference.
