山东省第六届村民委员会换届选举工作在省委、省政府的正确领导下,已经逐级部署并全面展开。为保障这次换届选举依法、规范、有序地进行,省人大常委会根据《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》的规定和要求,于去年11月21日审议通过了《山东省村民委员会选举办法》。为帮助大家学习、掌握有关的法律、法规精神,搞好村民委员会的选举工作,现将《山东省村民委员会选举办法》中的有关问题作一个简单的介绍。
