Under load follow-up operation mode and planned shutdown condition, the fatigue of the cladding is one of the causes of the destruction of the fuel rods, which affects the safety and economy of the operation of the NPP. The local stress and strain of the fuel cladding were calculated using the data provided by Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute and the FEMAXI-IV fuel element performance analysis program. The FATIG-1 program was used to calculate the fatigue
