目的分析南阳市实施结核病归口管理7年的效果。方法统计2001~2007年来南阳市县级以上综合医院结核病归口管理检查资料并进行相关分析。结果南阳市全市综合医院2001~2007年登记结核病10 320例,转诊率和转诊到位率分别由2001年的94%和25%提高到2007年的98%和75%,截留率由2001年的38%下降到2007年的9%。讨论通过加大行政干预及监督执法力度,搞好结防队伍自身建设,实行联络员派驻制度,加强结防机构与综合医院之间联系,做好肺结核与新型农村合作医疗、城镇职工、居民医疗保险相结合工作,提高结核病人报销比例等措施,使南阳市的结核病归口管理逐步走向法制化、规范化,转诊率、转诊到位率逐年提高,归口管理工作取得较好成效。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing tuberculosis centralized management for 7 years in Nanyang City.
