经济发展阶段不同 ,经济结构存在较大差异 ,以及资源禀赋不同的国家 ,农业政策倾向和选择必然不同。处在经济发展不同阶段的国家参与 WTO农业贸易谈判时 ,必然会依据自己国家农业部门的地位和现行农业政策提出相应的贸易政策而在立场上互相摩擦和冲撞。中国应该反对美国单纯自由贸易论的“一赢多输”贸易策略 ;反对欧盟过度保护 ,屏蔽本国农产品市场的“输 -输”贸易战略 ,争取用自己的优势占据应有的市场份额。
Different stages of economic development, economic structure there is a big difference, as well as countries with different endowments of resources, agricultural policy tendencies and choices must be different. Countries involved in the WTO agricultural trade negotiations at different stages of economic development will inevitably rub against and collide with each other on the basis of the corresponding trade policies based on the status of their country’s agricultural sector and the existing agricultural policies. China should oppose the “win-win-lose” trade strategy of purely free trade in the United States; oppose the over-protection of the EU and the “lose-lose” trade strategy of its agricultural products market and strive to occupy its due market share with its own advantages.
