In order to do a good job in providing funds for key construction projects in the province and ensuring that key construction funds are put in place in time, the provincial government decided to implement the target responsibility system for the responsible units of key construction projects and the provincial departments and municipalities that are responsible for organizing the funds. We hereby issue you the Statement of Responsibility System for the Funds for the Construction of Major Projects in 1993 in Sichuan Province, and urge all localities and relevant departments to seriously organize the implementation and strive to accomplish the objectives and tasks for the work.
