采油工程方案是油田开发总体方案的重要组成部分，是组织实施油藏工程方案、完成开发设计指标的技术指导性文件。根据华北油田近年来的实际做法，阐述了具有一定规模的注水开发油田采油工程技术配套设计方案的一系列调查、研究工作内容和设计方法。认为方案设计中以经济效益为中心，强调方案的系统性、综合性和可操作性，是搞好采油工程技术配套方案的关键。
The oil recovery project is an important part of the overall oilfield development program and is a technical guidance document for organizing the implementation of the reservoir project and completing the development and design targets. According to the actual practice of Huabei Oilfield in recent years, a series of investigations, research contents and design methods of a certain scale of oilfield development engineering technology package design are elaborated. It is considered that the key point of doing a good job in the oil recovery engineering technology package is to think that the economic benefit is the center of the project design, and emphasizing the systematicness, comprehensiveness and operability of the project.
